Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after [cutoff time / time zone] or on weekends are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times & cost
- Standard shipping (Free): 3-5 business days within the US.
- Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days, calculated at checkout.
- Delivery estimates begin once the order ships, not when it's placed.
International orders
We currently ship to the United States only". Where international shipping is available, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Tracking, delays & lost packages
Once shipped, you can track your order using the link in your shipping email. We aren't responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you resolve an issue — contact us and we'll work with the carrier on your behalf. If a package is shown as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate or arrange a replacement.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before an order ships. We aren't able to refund orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help.
